Accident Reporting
Accident investigation and reporting are an integral component
of any manager's responsibility and is a necessary component of
ensuring that such similar accidents do not re-occur.
This course considers such areas as accident locations, obtaining
information, witnesses, photographs and report writing. A further
component of the course is that of giving evidence in the courtroom.

There are a number of EU Directives that require CE certification
procedures to be carried out, most notably: -

Low Voltage Directive
Pressure Equipment Directive
ATEX Directives (2)
Each course can be designed for company specific requirements.

Machinery Law
This subject is divided into three (3) different modules that cover
a full spectrum of knowledge and any other person involved with
machinery.
Module I: Covers basic machinery law, CE certification
and work equipment essential safety and health requirements.
Duration 3 Hours
Module II: Risk assessments and the application of European
Harmonsied Standards
Duration 3 Hours
Module III: Safety of control systems and Categorisation
as per EN 954-1/1A
Risk Assessment
Risk assessments are the key to any satisfaction of legislative
requirements and this course takes into consideration EU Harmonised
Standard EN 1050: 1997, covering: -
